It's bigger than just a diaper and wipe pouch--it will also fit a nursing cover, a changing mat, sunscreen, a small bottle, a onesie (and the clear pouch works great as a mess bag!) and a toy or two (while still not looking too full). I use the outside pouch for my wallet, keys and cell phone. And I can even get my husband to hold onto it some of the time!
