Right out of the box, inflated it, put it down, set a throw pillow on it. Came back 1 hour later and it was flat. I checked it, maybe I did not seal it completely. I did. Did this whole thing again. Same result – flat in under 1 hour. Do not buy.

I returned this pillow once I realized it was inflatable and, therefore, not nearly as comfortable as a pillow filled with seeds or similar material.

This travel pillow did have a nice, soft cover, and I did appreciate how compact it folded up for storage. I even liked how easy it was to blow up and deflate. However, when I tried to use it to actually sleep on, it did me no good. It was too big behind the neck to be able to sit upright on a plane with it, and then deflating it a little made it too flat to actually support my head. I ended up using the movable headrest that comes attached to the airplane seat instead that worked better.

Very comfortable. However, on a warm (but not hot) flight, neither one of the two of us traveling could tolerate the degree to which the felt-like covering led to feeling uncomfortably warm in a few minutes.
