I bought this for a trip to the Caribbean to use as a travel tote (wanted to be able to hold a small purse, books, an SLR camera that’s a little bulky and a few other odds and ends) AND a beach bag. It did a fine job. The nylon material is good for both uses and I like the zip-top for both as well. There’s one interior pocket and 3 exterior pockets, which are also handy. I think LeSportsac bags are a little overpriced, but this was the best type of bag I found for what I wanted.

This bag is multipurpose. For work you can throw in your netbook, blackberry, papers and a bottle of water and have room for your kid in there. For play, you can throw in the kids snacks, ipods, sneakers, etc. It’s huge, tons of room. I love it.
