To sail the seven seas of freedom and live a successful pirate lifestyle you must slow down and enjoy. Several friends of mine and friends of friends are enjoying the journey this summer. My friend, Pat O’Bryan, traveled the west end of RT66 and right now is on the west coast. A friend of Marshall Wayne is sharing his story of drifting down the Mississippi river. One of my fondest childhood memories is our summer road trips to visit the relatives in Wisconsin. We piled in to my grandfather’s Ford station wagon and headed northwest. My grandfather ALWAYS stopped at the same A&W drive-in restaurant. You know, you sit in the car and the waitress brings out rootbeers, in frosty mugs, on a tray she hangs on the driver’s door. My goal is to motivate and stimulate YOU to live your pirate lifestyle!
