as the other reviews say, it is a tad bit less wide than other ties but it is NOT a skinny tie, it looks completely normal when not immediately next to another, wider tie.
value. well, its very good. including overnight shipping with prime, I paid $10.
the tie’s construction/material is certainly acceptable and has a nice feel.
my gripe:
you have to be really good at tying a full windsor to have this tie be the correct length on your torso (if you are 6′ 1″ or taller)
other than that, if you don’t tie a full windsor knot like most people don’t and you are in a time crunch and on a budget, this really will do quite nicely. I full well intend to wear it to work every day this summer and I expect it to last much longer than that.
